Halo : Epitaph est un roman de Kelly Gay annoncé le 21 octobre 2022 lors du Canon Fodder en live au Halo World Championship 2022[3] et prévu pour une sortie initiale en fin d'année 2023[4] puis au 2 janvier 2024,[1] et une nouvelle fois pour le 27 février 2024.[2] Il poursuit l'histoire du Didacte après Halo 4 et Halo : Escalation,[5] après que son corps ait été désintégré par la destruction de ses Recomposeurs et que sa conscience ait été envoyée dans le Domaine.[2]
