Jacul 'Arach était un Sangheili au service des Lames de Sanghelios. En octobre 2558, Jacul envoya un message à son frère Kitun, loyal aux Covenants de Jul 'Mdama, l'invitant à rejoindre les Lames.[1] Au cours de la bataille de Sunaion, il fut tué par son propre frère, mais Jacul blessa mortellement celui-ci avant de mourir.[2]
