Le complexe médical Endurance[1] ou complexe médical de l'ONI[2] (Medical Facility Endurance ou ONI Medical Facility en VO) était l'une des nombreuses stations en orbite autour de Reach. Il s'agissait d'un hôpital possédant plusieurs blocs chirurgicaux.
En mars 2525, les enfants du programme SPARTAN-II y subirent des interventions chirurgicales sous la supervision du docteure Catherine Halsey.[2] Une trentaine de Spartans furent tués ou grièvement blessés au cours de cette procédure.[3]
La station a certainement été détruite lors de la chute de Reach en 2552.
